A Personal Note from PA Maegen Kennedy

For me, longevity medicine isn’t theory — it’s personal.
A few years ago, after having my last child, my health wasn’t where I wanted it to be. I was exhausted, struggling with balance, and constantly being told by traditional medicine to “just deal with it.” That didn’t sit right with me — not as a patient, and not as a provider.
When I found the right therapies, everything changed. My energy came back, my mood lifted, my body started to heal, and I felt like myself again. That’s why this program means so much to me — because I know firsthand how powerful it is to get your vitality back.
Here are the exact tools I personally use and swear by:
BHRT (Testosterone, Estrogen, Progesterone) — My foundation. Balancing hormones gave me back my energy, mood, and confidence.
BPC-157 (oral & injectable) — The “Wolverine peptide” I use for gut repair and joint/tissue healing. A must for recovery.
MOTS-c — A mitochondrial peptide that keeps my metabolism and energy firing on all cylinders.
Larazotide — An oral peptide being studied for gluten sensitivity and long-COVID. Helps protect the gut barrier and calm inflammation.
Tirzepatide — A breakthrough GLP-1/GIP therapy for appetite, weight, and metabolic health.
NAD⁺ + Glutathione — My reset button. Together, they support energy, detox, clarity, and cellular repair.
Copper Peptide Renewal Cream (with Estradiol + Niacinamide) — Because looking as good as you feel matters. This blend supports skin repair, hydration, and hormonal balance.

These aren’t just treatments I recommend — they’re what I trust for myself. And that’s why I’ve worked so hard to build Windermere Longevity with the highest quality, most comprehensive care, and provider oversight you simply won’t find anywhere else.
This isn’t about adding years to your life — it’s about adding life back into your years.

YOU ARE NOT YOUR
symptoms
Most people don’t realize that by the time symptoms appear, disease has already been developing for years.
- 80% of chronic diseases are preventable—yet most healthcare waits for something to go wrong before taking action.
- Feeling tired, inflamed, or foggy isn’t just "getting older"—it’s your body asking for help.
- Aging is not the problem—neglect is.
Your body has the power to heal, optimize, and thrive—when you give it the right tools. Let’s make that happen.

Frequently Asked Questions
LONGEVITY PROGRAM FAQS
What does the $825 deposit cover?
Your deposit secures your place in the program and is applied directly toward your plan. It covers:
· Initial lab panel
· Annual physical
· 60-minute consultation + roadmap appointment (split between PA/NP and RN)
At your consultation, you’ll decide which program fits best:
· 6-Month Program — $2,000 total → $1,175 due after your deposit
· 12-Month Program — $3,500 total → $2,675 due after your deposit
What happens after I complete the deposit form?
Once your deposit form is submitted, we’ll ship a lab kit to your home. You get to choose to complete your labs in-office at Windermere (included) or at LabCorp.
After your results are in, our team will contact you to schedule your 60-minute initial consultation and roadmap appointment.
What if I already had recent bloodwork done?
You can always provide us with your labwork, but we prefer you complete our panels since they’re included in your program and tailored to longevity care. Most outside labs do not measure all the markers we need for precision treatment.
Are my labs and follow-ups included?
Your Longevity Program includes up to 8 provider visits per year and 3 full follow-up lab panels per year (plus your initial panel).
Standard Protocol: Follow-up labs are completed every 3 months. If your provider recommends labs less frequently (such as every 6 months), that will still be fully covered.
Adding New Medications: If you start a new therapy (like a peptide or hormone), additional safety labs may be required. These are included in your program and do not replace your routine 3-month labs.
Extra Visits Beyond the Program: Most patients thrive on the included visits and labs. If you need or request extra appointments outside the standard protocol (such as additional one-on-one support, hand-holding, or non-required check-ins), those can be scheduled for an additional fee at preferred program rates.
💡 This structure ensures you have all the monitoring you need for safe, effective results — without surprise charges for required care.
Are medications included?
No. Medications (such as hormones, peptides, or advanced therapeutics) are prescribed as needed and billed separately. This ensures your care remains personalized and flexible.
Does insurance cover this?
No. Insurance is designed for disease management and emergencies — not preventative or optimization-based care. Our approach focuses on helping you feel and function at your best, which is outside the limits of insurance coverage.
Can I use Beauty Bank funds for this?
No. Beauty Bank funds do not apply to the Longevity Program.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You may use Cherry financing for the remainder of your program cost after your deposit.
Is this virtual or in-person?
Your initial appointment is always in-office at Windermere. This 60-minute consultation and roadmap is with an Advanced Practice Provider (PA, NP, MD, DO) an RN and a dedicated back-office team member will be working directly with you during the program.
After that, follow-ups may be done in-office or virtually with your provider or our virtual-only providers.
Do I need to live in Florida to join?
Yes. Patients must be Florida residents with a Florida address to participate in the Longevity Program. We need your home address on file for shipping your lab kit and medications.
How soon will I feel results?
Some patients notice improvements in just a few weeks, while others see steady progress across 3–6 months. The biggest transformation happens over time, with the most dramatic results by the 12-month mark.
Is this safe?
Yes. All therapies are prescribed under medical supervision with ongoing labs and follow-up visits built in. We use evidence-based, bioidentical, and functional medicine protocols designed for safety and long-term vitality.
Do I have to be in menopause (or andropause) to benefit?
No. In fact, the earlier the better. Many patients join Longevity earlier to address fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, sleep issues, or low libido. The program is designed to optimize your health at any stage.
Can I transfer into this program if I’m already on hormones or peptides elsewhere?
Yes. Our providers can review your current treatment and labs, identify gaps, and optimize your protocol. You don’t need to “start over” — but you do need to join the Longevity Program for continuity of care at Windermere.
Why choose Windermere Longevity?
Unlike piecemeal clinics and those with limited knowledge, Windermere Longevity Program is led by experienced providers and guided support:
· Deposit → Labs → Consult → Program
· Follow-ups and follow-up labs* are always included
· Medications are customized and billed separately
· Trusted providers you already know
· Flexible in-office or virtual follow-ups after your initial visit
· Limited availability — spots are reserved on a first-come basis
*To see all the included labs see program details for more information. If you need more labs outside of the covered ones you will be required to pay for the additional costs.
Who will I see at my initial appointment?
Your first visit is always in-office with one of our providers (PA or NP) and our RN by their side. You’ll also be supported by our patient concierge, who helps coordinate everything. After this initial appointment, you’ll have the option of continuing in-office or transitioning to virtual appointments with our providers.
Is my first appointment virtual or in-person?
Your first appointment is always in-person. This ensures your physical exam, baseline labs, and health roadmap are done with precision. After that, you can choose in-office or virtual for follow-ups.
What happens after I complete the deposit form?
We’ll ship your lab kit to your home (or schedule your in-office draw or LabCorp draw if you prefer). Once your results are in, we’ll contact you to schedule your initial appointment and create your personalized roadmap.
How does billing work?
Your program is billed annually. It auto-renews each year to ensure uninterrupted care. If you wish to discontinue, you’ll need to cancel in writing within 30 days of renewal.
What labs are included?
Initial Lab Panel (included annually)
Your program begins with a full baseline lab panel so your provider can design a plan tailored to you. This panel includes:
Hormone markers (testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH)
Thyroid panel
Fasting insulin
IGF-1
Prolactin
Lipid panel
Hemoglobin A1c
Cortisol
CBC & CMP
CRP
ANA screen
PSA (for men)
Follow-Up Lab Panels (included as required)
Your plan also includes routine monitoring to make sure therapies remain safe and effective.
Standard follow-ups include hormone markers, CBC, CMP, and other key labs.
Completed every 3 months, or at 6 weeks if starting a new medication.
Peptide Follow-Up Lab Panels (included as required)
When peptides are prescribed, additional monitoring ensures optimal results.
Includes CBC, CMP, lipid panel, IGF-1, and HbA1c.
Completed every 3 months, or 6 weeks after starting a new peptide.
💡 Built into your program: All required labs are included in your membership fee. If you’d like additional specialty testing outside the standard protocol, it’s available at member-only rates.
How often will I see my provider?
Your program includes up to 8 provider visits per year, plus labs every 3 months (more often if needed for safety). This allows us to adjust and refine your plan with precision.
Is everything included in the program fee?
Your labs, annual physical, initial consultation, follow-up visits, and ongoing monitoring are included. Medications (such as hormones, peptides, or GLP-1s) are prescribed as needed and billed separately, so your plan stays 100% customized.
HORMONE FAQS
What is BHRT?
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) uses hormones that are molecularly identical to the ones your body naturally produces. Unlike synthetic options or “one-size-fits-all clinics,” our approach is fully personalized — guided by advanced lab testing and ongoing monitoring.
Who is a candidate for BHRT?
BHRT may be right for you if you’re experiencing symptoms of hormone imbalance such as fatigue, weight changes, brain fog, low libido, mood swings, or sleep issues. Both men and women, at many stages of life, can benefit. Your eligibility is determined through lab testing and your consultation.
Do you only use pellets?
No. While we do offer pellets when appropriate, they’re not our only line of defense. We also use other delivery methods — such as creams, injections, and more — so your plan is tailored to your body, your needs, and your lifestyle.
Are labs and follow-ups included?
Yes — all required follow-up visits and standard lab panels are included in your program. This ensures we can track and adjust your plan without hidden costs. Any additional visits, advanced diagnostic testing, or expanded labs outside the roadmap are available at special program rates.
What results can I expect?
Many patients report improved energy, focus, metabolism, sleep, mood, libido, and overall vitality within weeks. Long-term, BHRT supports bone strength, brain health, cardiovascular health, and graceful aging.
Are medications included?
No — your program covers all testing, follow-ups, and guidance, but prescriptions are filled separately through our pharmacy partners. This keeps your treatment flexible and customized to your needs.
What if I already had recent bloodwork done?
If your bloodwork is less than 3 months old, you may provide it for review. However, most standard labs don’t include the full markers we require. That’s why we prefer to run our own labs — and they’re already included in your program.
Is BHRT safe?
Yes — when monitored correctly. Our team uses advanced testing and personalized protocols to optimize hormones safely. All adjustments are made with precision and follow-up care is built into your program.
Are bioidentical hormones FDA-approved?
Some bioidentical hormones (like progesterone, testosterone, thyroid medications, and estradiol) are FDA-approved. Others are compounded into custom formulations for patients who need individualized dosing, which means they are not FDA-approved as a “brand,” but are created under strict pharmacy standards for safety and purity.
How do I know Windermere uses the highest-quality hormones?
We only prescribe from trusted, U.S.-based compounding pharmacies that are FDA-registered. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing for purity, sterility, and potency to ensure you are receiving exactly what your body needs — no fillers, no shortcuts.
Why compounded hormones instead of standard prescriptions?
Every patient’s needs are different. While some patients do well with FDA-approved, commercially available medications, others need tailored dosing, combinations, or delivery methods (like creams, troches, or injectables) that only compounding allows. This ensures precision and personalization.
Is hormone therapy safe?
When prescribed under medical supervision, with regular labs and follow-ups, hormone therapy can be safe and effective. At Windermere Longevity, labs are included throughout your program, so we closely monitor your levels and adjust as needed to optimize benefits while minimizing risks.
Can I buy hormones online?
No — and we strongly discourage any “online clinics” or unregulated suppliers. These sources often provide unsafe, unverified products. With Windermere, you’re guaranteed pharmaceutical-grade hormones dispensed only through trusted pharmacies under provider supervision.
PEPTIDE FAQS
What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as messengers in the body, helping regulate and repair essential functions. They’re at the forefront of longevity medicine, with applications ranging from energy and metabolism to cognition and recovery.
Who can benefit from peptides?
Peptides can support a wide range of patients — from those looking to improve body composition or athletic recovery, to individuals struggling with fatigue, inflammation, or sleep issues. Your provider will recommend the right peptides based on your lab results, health goals, and medical history.
What do peptides help with?
Patients often use peptides to support:
- Improved metabolism and fat loss
- Faster recovery after workouts or injury
- Restorative, deeper sleep
- Reduced inflammation and stronger immunity
- Enhanced focus, mood, and cognition
- Hair, skin, and tissue repair
- Greater stamina, strength, and resilience
Are peptides included in the program cost?
No. Your program covers the testing, follow-ups, and medical guidance needed to determine which peptides are right for you. If prescribed, peptide therapies are purchased separately and customized to your protocol.
Are peptides safe?
Yes — when prescribed and monitored by medical providers. All peptides in our program are sourced from trusted, U.S.-based pharmacies that meet strict safety and quality standards.
How soon will I feel results?
Many patients notice changes in energy, sleep, and recovery within weeks. Others experience more gradual improvements in body composition, skin, or cognition. The benefits build with consistency and proper monitoring.
Are these peptides injections, pills, or creams?
Most peptides are delivered via subcutaneous injection (a tiny, insulin-style needle), though some are available in oral or topical forms depending on the peptide and your treatment plan.
Can I combine peptides with BHRT or other therapies?
Yes — in fact, peptides often work best when paired with hormone optimization, lifestyle support, and other advanced therapies. Your provider will design a comprehensive plan that ensures everything works together safely and effectively.
Do you offer GLP-1 weight loss peptides (like semaglutide or tirzepatide)?
Yes. GLP-1s are one of the most well-known classes of peptides, often used for weight management and metabolic health. They work by improving insulin sensitivity, stabilizing blood sugar, and reducing appetite.
Our program doesn’t stop there, though — unlike most clinics that only offer GLP-1 shots, we layer these therapies into a full longevity plan that also addresses hormones, inflammation, recovery, and long-term health.
Are peptides FDA-approved?
Most peptides are considered compounded medications and are not formally FDA-approved. This does not mean they are unsafe — it means they are custom-formulated by licensed compounding pharmacies for specific patient needs. Certain peptides (like GLP-1 medications for weight loss or insulin for diabetes) are FDA-approved. However, many of the advanced longevity peptides (such as BPC-157, CJC-1295, or Epithalon) are not FDA-approved for general use but are widely used in functional and longevity medicine under medical supervision.
Why aren’t all peptides FDA-approved?
The FDA approval process is lengthy and costly, often focused on drugs for disease treatment rather than optimization or longevity. Many peptides have decades of research and clinical use worldwide but are still considered “off-label” in the U.S. Functional and longevity medicine often uses these compounds to optimize health and performance under careful supervision.
What does ‘off-label’ mean?
“Off-label” means that a medication is FDA-approved for one use, but your provider may prescribe it for another purpose based on medical evidence and patient need. This is very common in medicine — in fact, many standard prescriptions are used off-label every day.
How does Windermere ensure safety with peptides?
All treatments are medically supervised by licensed providers.
Labs and follow-ups are built into your program to monitor results and adjust dosing.
Only U.S.-based, regulated compounding pharmacies are used.
Protocols are tailored to each patient — never one-size-fits-all.
How do I know Windermere uses the highest-quality peptides?
Not all peptides are created equal. Many products sold online are unregulated, made overseas, and often contaminated or mislabeled. At Windermere Longevity, we only work with U.S.-based, FDA-registered compounding pharmacies that follow strict quality standards.
What makes compounded peptides higher quality?
Purity: Pharmacies must meet stringent standards for sterility and potency.
Consistency: Each batch is tested to confirm accurate dosing and purity.
Safety: Compounded peptides are free of fillers, toxins, or unknown additives often found in unregulated sources.
Traceability: Every prescription is tracked from the pharmacy to your provider, ensuring authenticity.
Can I buy peptides online or from other sources?
We strongly discourage this. Many “research-grade” or online peptides are not intended for human use, may not contain the stated ingredient, and can even be dangerous. When prescribed through Windermere, you receive only the highest-grade formulations, specifically compounded for medical use.
Why does this matter?
Because your health, hormones, and longevity plan depend on precision. The difference between a trusted compounding pharmacy and a random online supplier is the difference between safe, effective therapy and taking a major risk with your health.
